Customer contact on update write to field

Hi,

I need to list all contacts' (that have been added to the Contacts subtab)
internalids comma seperated into a custom field on the Customer record.
M question is on what record can I deploy my script for it be executed everytime a contact is removed/added/attached to the Customer Contacts subtab?

My first idea is the Contacts record for deployment, but this only works if a new contact is created in the subtab, and it not effected on using attach contact.

Any help would be much appreciated.
