How to Use nlapiMergeRecord
I am trying to create some code that will send the system email template for case closed when a cases is saved with a status of closed.
All the information I need is in the case (Case Number, Problem, Customer Name, Customer email)
I have been trying for a few hours but keep getting a "Type Error Object Expected."
Once I get passed the error how do I merge the variables from the case like case number, customer name and customer email?
For testing purposes I have written the code to a button. But will later move it to onSubmit
