accessing "new email" pop up

Hi Folks,

I've been checking the forums and havent seen what i'm looking for so hopefully someone can point me in the right direction here..

I'm looking to semi-automate our invoicing via email ( postal strike here in Canada now ) and until such time as Netsuite allows more modification to email parameters and content in batch emailing we have to do this a bit more manually than we'd like... but have no choice right now.

I would like at the creation of an invoice to be able to use the "new email pop-up" ( under "more Actions/email") to have the ability to preset the copy others email, have my email template auto selected, have the attachments selection box auto selected and to have the default email address pulled from a field i've selected.
