User Event Script Not Working Properly for Quotes
We have a script that counts the items by their toplinecategory (custom field). The script is working fine for opportunities but the following line in the same script is returning NULL for newly created quotes (when adding the same item as in the working opportunity???):
itemClass = nlapiGetLineItemValue('item', 'class',i)The counter i was incremented from 1 to the number of items.
The script deployment applies to both opportunities and quotes, and uses the same script file. I put them both in testing mode and checked them using the debugger to learn about the NULL class being returned only for quote transactions.
