Updating contact record with custom online form.
I have a custom online form that I have posted about before, and it is working pretty well, but it is having an issue. If a contact from within a company is sent a link to the form and not the actual root email of the customer, it is not updating the records and it is creating that contact as a new customer.
I am not sure what information you might need to help me with this but I will provide whatever I can. Thanks again!
