nlapiXMLtoPDF Issue with Images - Need Help

Hoping someone can help or has had the same issue.

We are using nlapiXMLtoPDF to generate a custom PDF which has a number of images in the file.

For some reason our images are getting stretched and look horrible.

Here is some sample code for one of the images:
