Author/Sender Nickname in nlapiSendEmail "from" line.
Hi,
nlapiSendEmail() seems to ONLY allow for an Employee ID as the "Author" for an e-mail.
In a particular Suitelet, I am sending e-mail from our "support@company.com" address by using a placeholder Employee account which has that e-mail.
Many different employees can potentially use this suitelet to send e-mail but we ALWAYS want the "from" address to show as "support@company.com" and we ALWAYS want the "from" line to appear as "FirstName LastName <support@company.com>".
It appears that this is not possible right now. I did see that you can specify (as a User Preference) to have a "MESSAGE_NICKNAME" and "MESSAGE_EMAIL" but there are several problems with this.
