Adding Customer Variables to a Customer Online Form url
I have a customer online form that I am using to update some of our customer records and I was wondering if there was a way to pass information in the URL string dynamically (rather than manually entering in Company20%Name or the like) to a Published URL?
We are sending out links to this form via email and I would like to add variables to the string or at least have the form gather customer data so that our duplicate detection settings will pass. Right now, if the contact we send the form to puts something different in the form than what is in the customer, it creates a new lead.
