Is it possible to hide the 'Save&Bill' button from an item receipt?

 var button = form.getButton('submitbill');  nlapiLogExecution('DEBUG', 'button:'+button);  if(button)   button.setVisible(false);

It is returning the button as null.
Is there any option to hide this button?
