Determining Case/Task/Event from reference on timeentry
Does anyone have a workaround for this problem:
You cannot load a record unless you know it's type. On a timeentry, the parent field is casetaskevent, but the type of parent record isn't stored on the timeentry, so if you want to load something from the parent field (such as the title of the case, task or event) you can't unless you first know what type of parent record needs to be loaded.
Anyone have a workaround suggestion for loading the parent case, task, or event when you don't know the type?
