Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
nlapiYieldScript nlobjError and SS_DISALLOWED_OBJECT_REFERENCE
Our company has a service department with customers that receive service on a regular schedule, different customers have different schedules. I have a scheduled script that uses a saved search to determine all of our customers that have work due next month, it then creates a sales order for each customer.
Luckily our company is growing, and as such the number of monthly service customers is going up and up! Which is great, except when this scheduled script reaches it's 10,000 governance unit limit!
I decided to try and use nlapiYieldScript when the usage limit is being approached, so that it can continue running and create all of our sales orders.
