Campaign responses 'default event' internal ID value?
We have an automated marketing system that posts campaign responses to Netsuite (via web services)
Recently NS started requiring that an event be entered for each campaign response record
In the GUI, you have to select a campaign before the choice of default event becomes available
Passing 'Default Event' or '[Default Event]' does not seem to work
Making a saved search (customer type) for a customer with one campaign response with the default event value gives [Default Event] for both text formulas:
{campaignresponse.event.id} and {campaignresponse.event}
Any ideas what the actual internal ID of 'default event' might be?
