Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

nlapiRequestURL().getBody() response error??
The following is just a snippet of code that I am using to upload an image file, from another website, into the NetSuite file cabinet. For some reason, the "body" variable below returns a funky response, which is pasted below.
Is there any reason why the urlresponse.getBody() is not working correctly?
-----------------Start Code---------------------------
var url = 'http//pathtoimage.com/images/image.jpg';
var urlresponse = nlapiRequestURL(url, null, null);
var body = urlresponse.getBody();
nlapiLogExecution('DEBUG', 'urlresponse.getBody()', body); // capture value
var newsPhoto = nlapiCreateFile('new_image.jpg,'JPGIMAGE',body);
-------------------End Code-----------------------------
----------Below is what I capture----------
