item information on Transaction email template
HI All,
We have a scenario that we have receiving web order from two different sites
so we want to send emails from different templates for both the site.we did not found any setting that can select template based on any transaction field.so we decide to stop any auto generated email and write a userevent script which on the basis of the custom transaction field select email template merge record with it and send email.but i did not found any way to get the Item information in email template. <NLITEMLIST> Tag is also not working.
