single submission for multiple records row through same field

Hi,

I have created a custom record type and one of my custrecord field is drop down list values. I wanted to use same field for getting two values by creating two custom record row. I have created an online form but single submission does not allow to create two record row though chosen two different values from online form. I have 10 different values on the drop down list for the particular field. If I take drop down list then I have I have create 10 fields that would be chosen by the customer and record row would be
