Get/Set Global Preference through Workflow Action
I have a custom global preference that I'd like to be able to grab and update via a workflow action. I've tried using both:
context.getPreference('custscriptpreferenceid');and
context.getSetting('SCRIPT','custscriptpreferenceid');Both of these return null however, when I run the first in the debugger, it returns the correct value.
For more context, the workflow adds a button, when the button is pressed it updates the global preference through the workflow action.
Anyone been able to do this successfully?
