how can I set the value for Inventory Detail column from suitescript?

Hi,

I have serialized items. Whenever I want to create a purchase order through suitescript (SUITELET), I'm not able to submit the line item. I found that it is due to Inventory Detail  Column.

how can I set the value for this column from suitescript?
