Power Reviews Customization

Hello,

We are using Power Reviews and I need to apply custom styles to the 'write a review' form. This system was in place before I was hired and I can't for the life of me find where the HTML in this form is coming from.
I've checked the 'Online Customer Forms' section under Setup with no luck. I've also checked around in all our hosted files and can't find anything that even looks related. The puzzling thing is that the iframe containing the form has a 'src' url coming from netsuite. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.
