bin transfer?

In the UI, I see we can transfer inventory from one bin to another even at the same location via an Inventory Transfer.

I'm unable to find any script samples to achieve the same. Looking at the records browser it's not clear how to specify the "from bin" and "to bin" data with the InventoryTransfer record type. 

Anyone tackled this (using the newer inventorytransfer record type)  before?



p.s. I'm also using advanced bin management feature.
