SQL for saved search

I am looking to create a saved search that would give me an exact number for commissions grouped by sales reps.

Paid sales(invoices + cash receipts) minus (paid sales which are 90 days overdue + paid customer returns)
This needs to be grouped by sales rep.

any help would be very very appreciated.
