Remove Item Rate and Total Fields from Purchase Item

I am trying to give limited access to my sales team to see Purchase Orders that we place to vendors.

I have created a custom entry form for the sales roles only, and have limited what they see.  However, I am unable to hide the Item's Rate, and the Total.

I am assuming this will have to be done via JS, but I have no idea where to start.

Any suggestions?
