thirdpartyacct field not exposed?

I'm attempting to do some scripting on sales orders and I need to source the 3rd Party Billing Account Number (ID:thirdpartyacct) from the customer record.

It appears however that this field is not "exposed" for use in script or available for sourcing in a custom record.  The NS record browser show it as a valid field. 

Is this truly not available or is perhaps just the name of the field wrong in the documentation?
