Client Script Not working When Add Multiple button is used

Hi All,

I have a client script post sourcing function running on Sales Order Item Sublist,Item Field which is working properly when i add one line at a time. But when i am using Add multiple Button it is triggering the script. Please let me know how to trigger the script on add multiple button.
