Usind pdf layout instead of form id

Hi All

Is anybody knows how can I use multiple PDF print layouts for one transaction form?
When I use nlapiPrintRecord('TRANSACTION',id,'PDF',formid)
I receive the default layout linked to current form.

when I use nlapiMergeRecord - I simlpy use the letter temolate and can print any document from any form. But when I want to see item lines in printed document, I cannot use the mail/email template - only PDF/HTML layout.

How to change formid to layoutid?

Thanks in advance to all opinions.
