Need Help With Multi Ship To Function

Hello,
  I have been beating my head against the wall over getting an item to show a separate shipping address than the one assigned to the sales order.  Well,i can get it working with an addresslist reference of the client, but I need to make a custom address like in the NS UI, not to be associated with the customer.  I am using restlets to post orders with great success, this is one of the last thorns in my side.  If ANYONE can give me a JSON string or some sort of documentation that explains how to accomplish this task.
