nlapiResolveURL

I am sending an email from Suitescript (client side script) that will contain a link to a purchase order. I am using nlapiResolveUrl to create the url to the record. Since the user is going to click the URL from the email the URL has to contain the whole link not just starting from /app....

This script has to work both from the sandbox and production. How do I do that?

The begining part of the url has to change from https://system.sandbox. netsuite.com to https://system.netsuite.com.
