Create Inventory Transfers with Bins without Advanced Bins

There are posts here with information on how to create bin transfers in script using advanced bins and a post with a bin field referenced for those not using advanced bins, but no reference on how to create inventory transfers with source and destination bins and without advanced bins.

Here's how to create an inventory transfer using bins without advanced bin management.  The bin number fields are not documented but you can see them in the IDE debugger.
