Printing Multiple Documents with Page Breaks

We had a need to print multiple pick tickets using a suitelet (for selection) on separate pages.  There is no way to consolidate pick ticket PDF output, so the solution here uses HTML documents.

The selection array contains rows with the pick ticket ID and number (unused) and the response object is passed to the suitelet.
