SuiteScript in Web Store?

Hey guys,
I'll apologize in advance because I think this is probably a very basic question, but I'm new to SuiteScript and I've been pouring through the documentation for awhile now and can't seem to find a definite answer.

Is is possible to run SuiteScripts in the web store? Not just on user events, like add to cart (although it would be nice to get confirmation on that as well), but like on page load? Are the full array of functions available in terms of searching, getting items, etc?

Like I said, I'm sorry if this is incredibly basic, but I've been struggling with how to implement it (if it's even possible) for awhile now and NetSuite documentation is making my eyes glaze over...
