sort saved search with more than 1000 record based on name
Hi,
I retrieved a custom list values that have more than 1000 options using a code provided from another thread (the following)
var searchColumns = new Array(); searchColumns[0] = new nlobjSearchColumn('internalid').setSort(false); searchColumns[1] = new nlobjSearchColumn('name'); //search record var results = nlapiSearchRecord('customlist3', null, null, searchColumns); /***********************/ if(results.length > 1000) { var all_authors = new Array(); var filters = new Array(); while(results.length == 1000){ //re-run the search if limit has been reached var lastId = results[999].getValue('internalid'); //note the last record retrieved filters[0] = new nlobjSearchFilter('internalidnumber',null,'greaterthan',lastId); //create new filter to restrict the next search based on the last record returned results = nlapiSearchRecord('customlist3',null,filters,searchColumns); all_authors = all_authors.concat(results); //add the result to the complete result set results = all_authors; } } 0
