How to automatically check (select) "Integrated Shipping Label" box ?

We currently have our sales process set so that shipping options are chosen at the sales order stage.

What I am looking to do is automatically check the box for integrated shipping on the fulfilment page.

I have looked at using a workflow to do it but cannot find the field (unless it is under a really obscure name but I have tried most).

I think therefore I need to use a script to do this, but I am not sure of the best route to deploy the script and what the contents need to be...

Any assistance or an obvious solution that I have totally missed would be appreciated!
