Dependent record

Hello Every One,

I want to show all the related records for any transaction record or entity.

eg : for one particular customer what all opportunity, estimate, sales order, invoice, bill payments have been done, it should get displayed.

for that I was traying to create a suitelet. but I am facing the problem in fetching all the depnedent records.

Can any one tell me, will I be able to fetch the dependent records. Like if you try to delete any record and if there are some related records. then netsuite wont allow you to delete that records. It will say there are some related records for this entity.
