API for Voiding Transactions

I needed to void transactions like customer receipts, payments, refunds, invoices and many others and need to do this programatically.

I believe there was an enhancement request no. 119056 for this and the status of this shows CLOSED-PM Released into Production.

Does this mean that it has been released and available.

Can anyone please let me know if its available as I did not find much information on this in help/docs/forum.
