Accessing file/attachment tab from Item Receipt

Hello,

I want to validate, if there is any attachment associated with the Item Receipt while saving it (User will have to upload an attachment before saving the Item Receipt record).

I was thinking of doing this using User Event (Before Submit) by accessing the 'Files/Attachment' sublist/tab on the Item Receipt record. But seems like it is not exposed to suitescript. Any idea on how to achive this functaionlity would be of much helpful. Appreciate your time replying to this thread. Thanks.
