Return Authorisations created by scripting
We've noticed a very odd issue recently - not sure whether it's the expected behaviour, or whether there's something amiss in our coding.
We create Return Authorisations, both via scripting, and manually in the UI - from the Sales Order. These both create fine.
However, if we then run a Saved Search against the Sales Order - limiting it to our individual item Sales GL account number and listing Applying Transactions, only the ones created in the UI appear.
Here's a screenshot showing the issue.

The one created manually (on the right) includes the Return Authorisation (ARN) line entries, whilst the scripted one doesn't.
