Storing Custom Forms with Transactions

So hopefully this isnt to far fetch. But what I am trying to accomplish is that when a user wirh a certain role goes to view or create a Sales Order in netsuite that they only see one view. We currently have a Sales Order & Sales Order - OE layout. I have it set that when the user role rev rec created a SO they only see the sales order layout, but if a Finance role that uses the Sales order - OE layout creates one when the rev rec role goes to view the transaction they see it
