Journal Entry Fields Mandatory /Relegated to one group
Hello NS User Group,
I need some assistance and direction on putting a script together to make the two fields in Journal Entry mandatory when the user enters the information by going to to Transactions-->Financial-->Make Journal Entries there are two columns in the Sublist: Memo and Department is not mandatory. If the info is not entered there would be a notification back to the user indicating it and mandatory for Profit and Loss(Income & Expense) accounts only. NetSuite Support indicated that is an enhancement in development and there is no set date when that will be completed but there is an alternative with some
