Suitelet custom printout set margin

Hi All,

Currently I have custom printout that using suitelet to print invoice document into pre-printed form. I am having issue not able to print at the bottom of the page, I have tried to set margin to zero but looks like it does not affected. The printout still left some margin area at the bottom and right side of the page.

any suggestion so I could set zero margin at the bottom and right side of the paper?

Paper setting is letter

any suggestion?
