Javascript error messages on iphone, ipad, and ipad mini

Are there anyone who have issues with clicking OK button on custom online form in iPhone, iPad, and iPad mini  ??


I have an issue now that I can not click OFF the OK button on custom online forms in iPad, and iPad mini, but iPhone is fine.


Are there anyone having the same issue?
