Strange error for creating cash sale via suitelet

Im trying to understand why im getting the following errors


pmCreateCashSale    9/8/2014    2:04 PM    -System-    INVALID_KEY_OR_REF Invalid account reference key 125 for entity 6903. [Ljava.lang.String;@25300792


It doesnt happen on every transaction that is posted in, but it happens enough to cause enough problems.


The account is
1040 Undeposited Funds

There appears to be no restrictions on the account, but for some reason it wont push them through as a cash sale.

Is there a correlation between accounts and customer records ? I figured undeposited funds would be pretty straight forward, but I cant figure out what is actually causing the cash sale to not go through
