Custom Script Interval or Run Time

We have a script that we need to run every 5 minutes instead of the lowest default option of 15 minutes.
The issue is that 15 minutes is the lowest dropdown option and Start Times are in 30 minute intervals.

I even thought about running three of the scripts in 15 minute intervals with a 5 minute offset by starting each at 12, 12:05, and 12:10, but you can only choose 12:00 or 12:30 with all other options being in 30 minute intervals.
