script to set transaction number prefix?
Hi NetSuiters, we already use transaction prefixes based on location, now I'd like to write a script that can modify the prefix for certain transactions. Eg, some of our Sales Orders are for Demo/Eval and I'd like those transactions to be prefixed with EVAL to make it obvious they are not ordinary Sales Orders.
We have been doing this with a special EVAL location which handles the prefixing ok, but causes problems transferring stock between locations (it's a royal pain in the donkey).
I'd like to operate a from single location. My idea is to have an EVAL checkbox on the form which turns on the EVAL transaction prefix.
