Automate creation of advanced promotions

To make a long story short, we have a need to create several advanced Order-Based Promotions and I am trying to figure if this can be automated in any way (import, custom code, etc).  I was hoping that Advanced Promotions could be imported. This does not appear to be the case.  So I am now trying to figure out if there is an API with functions for creating advanced promotions programatically.  I do see a PromotionCode object in SuiteTalk documentation.  But this does not appear to support the creation of "Advanced Promotions".  Does anyone have any advice to offer on this?
