Can you create a Button that brings up a Suitelet Popup In an Iframe?

Hi,

I am pretty new to Suitelets. I am trying to mimic the native email button on say the customer record. When you click the email button in the communications subtab a popup initiates to allow you to select recipients, a template, a message etc. Is there a way for us to mimic this functionality with SuiteScript? Can you enter data through a Suitelet custom form popup?
