Access Role Subsidiaries from Script

Hello, does anyone know if it is possible to retrieve the list of subsidiaries that the current user's role has access to from a script? I am able to create a saved search on the role record, but I am unable to access this saved search from script. When I try and load this search an unexpected error is always generated. This only happens for searches based on the role record.
