Get Credits Applied under Bill Payment(Vendor Payment record)

Hi guys,

Anybody knows where and how can I retrieve the lines for Credits Applied under Vendor Payment record? I can only retrieve all the lines under Applied To. Debugger doesn't seem to show anything for that sublist.
