Saved search and nlapiLoadSearch
I have a support case saved search created in the UI and try to load it in my Suitelet script because the search join is available in the UI but not in script. So I use nlapiLoadSearch to pull up the desired columns in the result. To be more specific, I am trying to access the User Notes for a specific support case but it always return null. However, the data is showing when viewing the saved search result in the UI. Any ideas how I can work around this limitation?
Appreciate any help you may be able to provide.
