SuiteScript 2.0 Sublist Index Starting at Zero

From my understanding the new SuiteScript 2.0 will be rolled out with NetSuite 2015.2.  And that starting with this new version, index of the sublist will start at 0 instead of 1.  When is this change going to take place?  I am working in the Sandbox and scripts that are are starting off at 1 index are working fine so it must not be implemented yet.
