How to Use a Template to Populate Two Different Fields?

I'm having trouble finding an answer to this with the NetSuite Help Center and was hoping someone could help me out.

I'm using a template file to populate two different fields for an Item record. One field is the pricing matrix for net prices, and the other field is that same pricing matrix but with markup for list prices. In the template file itself, how do I specify the appropriate fields for my if/else statement?
