Create clickable image on custom child record sublist

Hi,

I want to create a clickable image field on credit/edit and view mode on inline editor Sublist line , (this is a custom child record)  so that I can open a Suitelet as popup on click of that image same like Subrecord, how can we we do it ?

I found that if we add text, text area field only its html appear and not the image does any one have solution for same? urgent solution for same is really appreciated.
